Her career spans six years of service in the Army and nearly two decades in nursing. She began as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 2007, then became a Registered Nurse and earned her bachelor's in nursing. She worked in surgery and the ICU before moving into leadership, and as a Director of Nursing she helped open two outpatient interventional pain centers.
After earning her nurse practitioner degree in 2016, Charly spent eight years in chronic pain management. She built programs that helped clients reduce opioid use through safer, non-addictive approaches and real lifestyle change. Most recently, she spent a year as a provider and coach at an optimization center, delivering longevity services and specialty testing.
Charly is completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice. Her dissertation looks at how providers and AI can work together to turn complex systems information into plain language that fits each person. That's exactly what the Systems Health Analysis is built to do.
Outside the clinic, she's usually on a long hike with her family and furry friends.
